It's funny....in the roaring 20's....they let people use 10X margin. But, this time they must have figured....we're not going to let that happen again....we have everything under control....so we'll use 30X margin....screw the public....the public is not worthy....we have fail proof algorithms from the smartest mathematicians in the world....nothing can go wrong.
