Get real.

Imagine this:

A university decides to do human testing with marijuana.
So they gather their materials and give them out to people.
Then they publish their results.

They just admitted to breaking the law.

The DEA is still arresting people in California for such things.

So the universities don't do that.

And then folks can say "there's been no human trials."
