From what I understand, RMCW, as part of the merger basically handed over all the MVPH stock to RMIL and said, "here you go. Here's 4 million dollars to work with". Gary Morgan said, "there ain't 4 million here." Puhr said, "Well, MVPH will guarantee the difference if there isn't 4 million." On the 8-k, the amount came to 14 million dollars, just randomly came to that number. That was a warning flag for me. And it's interesting stuff to look at. See? It's kinda weird.
