Alan, I respect your opinion highly and there is a good side to this one coming out of R & D but I need to research it more. Why I dislike this one is for the following reasons. Oct 10 1997 15-12G 15-12G: Certification of termination of registration of a class of security under Section 12(g) or notice of suspension of duty to file reports pursuant to Section 13 and 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act. Section 12 (g) intial filing. Still not sure what this type of filing is. I have been informed they will no longer report financials after the bail out on the last one and probably generated a short position in the short. Complete Financials: Jun 1997 Earnings Announcement: NA Business Summary INVI develops, manufactures and markets test kits to evaluate the potential level of irritancy or corrosivity of substances posed on human eye and/or skin tissue. For the 9 mos. ended 6/97, revenues fell 26% to $604K. Net loss fell 17% to $1.1M. Revenues reflect lower sales of the Company's safety testing products. Lower loss reflects a decrease in R&D costs due to reductions in personnel and decreased expenditures for research materials and supplies. Now I like this R & D part if they are coming out and have a marketable product. Does not look to bad though it has gone from .03 - .10 in a over a week after diving to the bottom on their last SEC filing on August 15. I will call the company but I still do not see where it has been shorted to bad it moves good on low volume. Just people bailing out on bad news is the only flaw aside from losing their backsides that they reported in August. Maybe they are about to market a product. If so I would like it much better. However it is getting attention right now so I will wait for it to settle down. You are very acurate at finding good ones I know. Thanks GaBard
