Those are the first two tax rates. If you can't make sense then stop talking to me.

You are the one that says the 10% and 35% rate is the same. If you did not mean it that way then you need to improve your communication skills, But since you don't seem to be very aware of the various tax credits either I still suggest you get some help on your tax's next year.
