I'm with you there. We are basically punishing responsible behavior and rewarding bad behavior. it is sad that as well written as the US Constitution is written, that it is so willingly discarded. The idea that it was a document that defined what rights the government had and everything else was off limits, is completely lost. I'm pretty sure that the US Constitution doesn't give the federal government the right to do these bailouts and now to be owners of the companies.
