His Democratic opponent, meanwhile, has said he would raise the capital gains rate to 20% for couples making more than $250,000 and single filers with incomes greater than $200,000. It keeps dropping. First it was no tax increase if you made over $250,000, now it's $200,000. Biden said it was $150,000. Remember Biden said they were going to be tested and would have to do something we won't like. Bet the first thing they do if a terriorest says as much as Boo is to raise tax's for our protection.
