I love our court system and technicalities. And what was it that POS Ayers said in an interview? Something along the lines of guilty as hell but free as a bird. I'm glad I will never meet the SOB because I would probably slap that smirk right off his f-ing face.

Acquitted on a technicality of those charges.

Are there some charges that have been overlooked----charges not made at the time or later.

Acquitted doesn't mean innocent, that's just a court ruling, but the street knows better... simpson was also "acquitted" on those murder charges, but it only means not guilty according to the court, it doesn't mean innocent in real life... am I wrong?
