Shu-li,

I don't think there was ever intended to be an "organization" of companies......I think it was an "organization" of shareholder starting with, IMHO, Morgan and Riley. Riley says that he "discovered" this company and began to contact major shareholders. It would seem that his first contact would have been Morgan and shortly thereafter, Morgan sends out the press release talking about the "organization." And.....away we go!
