Not one that's that big. Hell, I make almost three times what he does and I don't think I could afford to buy a business that size.

Well, let's explore those:

1. Owner want's Joe to take over business..

The owner where Joe works has already said that Joe's never mentioned it to him, and his business in no WAY makes $250k.

2. Joe gets an SBA loan

REALLY? That's a non starter.

3. Joe gets startup money from relatives.

It's been mentioned he's related to Charles Keating, but do you REALLY want to go there?
