IMHO, it is very likely that any obama supporter who chooses to "take a day off" and support obama on election day will be on a "call in sick leave". Especially, if they receive their paycheck from a government agency, i.e local, county, state or federal.

IMHO, if any of my employees calls in sick next Tuesday and I learn of them doorbelling or driving people to the polls, they will be looking for a new job.

[won't happen however, because 90% of my employees are solid republican votes]
