I see an interesting phenomenon going on with oscambo supporters which has not been discussed anywhere or even mentioned... you have to realize that there is a race element of sorts operating as a major component in this contest, and here's how I think it's helping oscambo: The hate Bush crowd also tends to be more liberal in their political views, this is a given... but also, and especially among whites, and even more so among liberal whites who hate Bush, there is the unspoken component of white guilt, which is much more prevalent among liberal whites, and I suspect it's what I would call the "white guilt effect" that is driving oscambo's lead, I'm sure it has to play a key role... I'm sure some might say I'm being racist in making such a comment, but this is the sign of the times that you can't even mention ethnicity without some clown crying foul by the mere mention of race... this is a sad commentary on the way things are right now... GZ
