This is just a WAG - but hasn't all of the SIGA news come out on a Thursday? Look for a 300+K volume day on the upside. I do know that there have been some loose lips in the past.

We put GM & F and 100's of others on the rat list, so the old low float rats get no play, hurray for the new former big cap rats!!!!!!!!!
