Yes, exactly like viet Nam. Plus the plain old stupidity of taking out the counter force to Iran which was Iraq! Yes, the whole thing was so stupid and such a pack of lies it is hard to believe people still buy into all that BS. We should have done like the Israelies did with Munich. Simply put a special force together to hunt Bin Laden down and kill him; and tighten our security. Sanely-lol! What is really scary is what Bob woodward said. "Bush was obsessed with body counts. What that means is he had no understanding that you cannot kill them all. I think he is incapable of abstract thinking. And all we were really doing is helping recruit more terrorists. There are hundreds of millions of young muslims who would love to shoot at our soldiers. So bush obliges them and puts our soldiers where thy can get at them. Right smack dab in the middle of their territory.
