What he is unlikely to do is buy an existing business that puts him in that bracket. He very well could start a business tomorrow that grows into that range, though. Its not worth arguing but the man is 34 and still doesn't have a plumbing license nor has he completed an apprentice program. If he's going to do a business, the trajectory he's followed so far suggests something way in the future if ever.
