If you have a gambling addict brother who's $200 big ones in the hole and you bail him out with a $250k mortgage on your previously paid off home, how likely is it that he will be a wise man suddenly?

I would think there would be numerous swings for the fence with the 'free' taxpayer money. Meet the new bosses; they *are* the old bosses.
