I'm not exactly sure how blue blood and hemophilia are related. You could probably Google it.

Either way, royal families tend to avoid many "forks" in their royal family tree, and that's believed to have been the cause of several medical conditions, one of which is characterized by blue blood.

By the way, exactly a decade ago, Fortune magazine (I believe) had a feature on then TX Gov. George W. Bush, calling him the best chance the GOP has in 2000. Among some of his praises was "Texas oil blue blood." LOL ...
