Well, Morgan claims the amount of stock needed to be issued to make $14 million would result in RMIL owning MVPH. MVPH says the agreement is no longer in effect. The only piece of evidence of ownership is a certificate for 4 milion MVPH shares, according to another poster, which would make the value about a million, give or take. If Mork was on this one, he made quite a bit. Will probably take ample care of whatever loss he might sustain here. Interesting arbitrage.
