For example, SYCR was sued by the justice department, I believe, which resulted in a recall of it's flagship product a couple of years ago. There is still some pending litigation there. It's in the financials.

I'm sure if you read the financials of a lot of companies, they will disclose this.

There are also class action lawsuits coming from private lawfirms.

There was a lawsuit in California regarding who owned the videoconferencing technology SEXI claimed to own. (they didn't). That lawsuit was never disclosed. The suit was dismissed with extreme prejudice toward one Amos Lewis, the real inventor, who owns a company called Lightwave Federal Systems. Great technology BTW.
