I saw that recipe on your thread.
It sounded very similar to my wife's Greek chicken
My baby spinach salad had blackened chicken, walnuts, red onion, cheese, and a lot more tomatoes than showed in the picture.

Are you trying the brinesoaked chicken Mephisto posted about? That sounded terrific! I want to try it also.
We have been eating a lot of salad and a lot more fish. But we do ours on the grill with sauces that Dan creates. He's very creative but secretive.
No bread, potatoes, rice or sugar. It seems to be working- but slowly.
