Americans don't want to become poorer, as the EU is projected to become over the next 20 years, falling further and further behind the US and China. I repeat, I don't want your EU BS here. What would the European lifestyle look like if they had to pay for their own defense? Likewise, how much better would our American experience be if we could have all those trillions of dollars back spent in the defense of Europe. You seem to be forgetting how American money and lives over the years have done much to sustain the lifestyle you envy so much. SO
