I sold out a few months ago at .009 for "health" reasons and zero faith in turnaround. started buying other stocks when Dow crashed on that friday and decided to pick up 40,000sh of ACII just to cover. wish I had bought more.
could've bought back my previous position of 134,000, ...pre-split 930M.
I think some of this rally is the inexplicable material development that Americhip, facing total collapse and bankruptcy, somehow managed to "acquire" a profitable company. I still don't see how that was possible. even the increased blowup yet again of the O/S wouldn't be enough to buy a company earning 15M/yr.
but they did actually make their first smart financial decision by getting that 2.5M debt owed to Kotsonis to go away,...in return for 50% of the revenue/ownership.

in short, we all know that daytrading momo players are jumping on this rally for some quick scoring. wish I had. but when that is gone, who knows what fundemental changes will move share price higher.
the figure .07.7 cents sounds familiar. split price.
I'm glad I covered though.
