You can respond without rebuttal to the point, and then apparently imagine your ad hominem response is useful? LOL I'm pretty sure I've NOT said ad hominem responses are unfair. But ad hominem responses like the one you just posted, if unfair, are unfair to the CASE the user of the ad hominem attack may have, not so much at all to the target of the attack (unless unthinking observers get carried away and are swayed by name-calling). Ad hominem responses are often used when a case is weak. This is the case with responses to my posts here. After all, while labeled a nut case, etc., I argue for individual freedom using ideas from the founding documents of this country. Here, that's radical and nutty. But actual rebuttal is tough, it seems. So go figure how Freedom Works (or why it doesn't. If you think it doesn't, then let's hear why, for a change) Dan B.

Its like Obama said......in the US if you share your sandwich with classmates, you're a socialist. I think some of us fear socialism and communism more than they fear death.
