I don't agree. Obama's whole campaign is a scare tactic. Linking McCain to Bush (whom McCain has always hated) is dishonest.

Furthermore, what you ignore is the substance of the McCain attack. Obama has a history of deep association with many members of the liberal anti-American counter-culture. And he has not been forthcoming in explaining those relationships as anything but his own choice. A good portion of Americans, at least 40%, believe Obama is a stealth socialist. Some believe he's a committed Marxist because all his friends, it seems, are Marxists.
