To all: I spoke with a Sun Micro representative yesterday in investor relations. I asked about a possible buy back of stock by the company to help turn around the stock price. She said SUNW has a hands-off policy with respect to their stock price, but SUNW does buy back blocks of their stock from time to time for employee pensions, etc. Anyway, she also admitted they had been getting quite a few calls the past few days for a stock repurchase statement. It couldn't hurt to give the folks at SUNW a buzz and maybe put a little pressure on them to make a move in some way, shape or fashion to relieve some of this selling pressure its shares are under. Their number is 415-960-1300. Oh, one more thing, I think the stock is still consolidating and will probably retest the recent lows-but a bit higher 37 1/2 or so. After that, the trend will be up, abeit slowly. This baby is still a great company and the sooner the street realizes this the better!!! LETS MAKE SOME $$$$!!!!
