II certainly do agree with you about both party members being angry. In Obama's party,, there are the ultras who would want to move quick, quick, quick.

I do hope that with Obama's cool demeanor and his "professorial approach" he will succeed in taming these.

One thing I forgot to mention is that if McCain loses on Tuesday, let us not forget the services he has provided to this country including running a cleaner campaign. He had to overcome a lot from his advisors to go negative. He just ventured out into the Ayers' territory but refused to go into Rev. Wright issue. I hope that when he goes back to the Senate, the Republicans will give him that respect and that Obama will seek his advise and his help on very thorny issues particularly on foreign affairs and security. And I would say why not when Biden and McCain are close friends. And I would say the same of Lieberman. The u;tras in the Dem. party want to shun Lieberman. But Lieberman is a respectable Senator and also very capable of reaching across the aisle along with Hagel, Lugar etc.

Just my ethoughts since you raised a very good issue about anger in both camps.

Unlike Bush and McCain, Obama is a UNITER not a divider. His message from day one was how to bring us together. A message to all Americans not just blue or red states Americans (unlike McCain and Palin who have divided the country into pro-America and anti-American states). He has also shown a calm, collected and thoughtful judgement who listens. Obama will not just make a good president. He will make a great president. He is the kind of person our country needs right now. Just watch.
