Related to the rooooomer about bad books, just thought I'd float something that I saw recently but didn't seem relavent - probably still not, but... Edgar shows a couple of recent filings concerning SPCT california, reincorporating into its parent holding company - a delaware corp. Filings were Oct 10, and 15. Appears that this is old business/news approved at last shareholder's meeting. The filings look pretty run of the mill as far as I could tell. Still, could give rise to rumors. Personally I think the MMs were/are jerking everyone around with recent price action. I'm holding tight and not losing any sleep. Hey wait, it's passed 1am... usually snoring by now. OK, I'm losing a little sleep, but still holding tight. Good trading everyone.
