NEWSFLASH! KRAD Corp (NASDAQ: KRAD) has just announced that they are taking a small position in a privately held YAK firm called FBN. Terms of the contract were not disclosed, but you can bet it was a one helluva sweetheart of a deal, and is rumored to be about $253. The CEO of the Y2K juggernaut had this to say about FBN ...

"It's too bad the investment community has no idea what kind of solution FBN has, because if they did, they'd be bidding our stock price outta site. Unfortunately, since FBN is private we cannot comment on their goings on, except to say that their solution is the best."

In a seperate release, KRAD Corp also announced an additional 5 for 1 stock split, bringing total outstanding shares to 120 million. "Hey, two for one and now a five for one. We're on a roll!" said the head of CRAP Corp, errr, KRAD Corp.
