What happened broheim? If you smacked your head it's fairly important you get it checked out. Severe headache, vomiting & dilation in your eyes are all indications of a possible concussion. A few years back I blew off an issue when I ran into a clothes line post while look back for a football. I was fine but they did an MRI after my brother took me in because it was obvious I had a concussion
