The KJV Bible published in 1611 is the greatest poetic work of all time and I know that my Christian friends that tell me that they can't understand it have no comprehension of the poetry expressed.

I find the text emphatically clear. There is no confusion for the language and as a poetic work, it stands alone for its greatness.
