I've caught lots of racoons in my live trap.
I talk to them and let them go on their way.
Spritz a little paint on their back to give them a bad experience though.
Never caught the same one twice.

Someone once told me a story about how he had caught a raccoon after weeks of trying and then transported it across the city. He had me in stitches, anything that could possibly have gone wrong did. I forget all the details now but firmly believe it could be a more difficult task than some think.

I got an update on our little bear cub yesterday, very close to going to sleep but at least we know it's with a full belly.
