The WHOLE WORLD would give the Palestinians ANYTHING they wanted if they'd just be willing to LIVE alongside the Israelis. If they said they wanted $20 billion they'd probably get it. If they said they wanted the best education, they'd get it. If they said they wanted the best infrastructure, they'd get it. If they said they wanted high tech training and the factories to apply it, they'd get it. ALL they'd have to do is say that they'd stop trying to kill Israelis. If the Palestinians TOMORROW said that they would put down all their arms and stop trying to kill Israelis the U.S. and Europe would pledge $20 Billion the next day. $20 Billion would be CHEAP and the Israelis themselves would put up at least $5 Billion. I'm sure the Palestinian people would really go for that if they weren't constantly brainwashed by guys with no jobs and no reason to exist except for the destruction of Israel.
