Rick- Raise substantive issues = Get a substantive responses

When it comes to verbal encounters, you seem to like to bat but hate playing the field. By this I mean, you have no qualms about stalking people who post here, slinging mud at them and dragging their names into squabbles that they never saw as their own fights. Yet when you are the subject of posts, you act as if the world is unjustly ganging up on you.

You treat the posting parties here as characters in a novel and attribute to them personalities and storylines that find no roots in anything that these people have ever said on this thread. When the dwindling few brave souls who (because of your offensive and time-squandering conduct) are still willing to participate on this thread get frustrated and call you the harasser that you act like, you seek to hold a public trial and adjudicate yourself not guilty; but only after psychoanalyzing yourself publicly. You seem bewildered about why the targets of your mania ridicule your excesses. And you cannot understand why I defended your right to post substantive issues, regardless of whether they were calculated to hurt the stock price of CCEE, but wrote about you as if you were a pariah when you dwelled on personalities and exhibited pompous stupidity.

I am not inclined to waste time in the hope that your deep seated mental problems will be in any way impacted why what I am about to say. But since I am more than willing to have a discussion on substantive issues, and since you cannot take a hint, I will carefully explain my position.

You have not been appointed the narrator of this thread. It is offensive to me to witness your antics because not everyone who posts here has the time to get into the quicksand your mindless ramblings often create, and instead of sharing what might be insightful additions to our collective knowledge base, they elect to lurk or worse, eschew this thread altogether.

You fail to realize that this is not a stage where people come to be entertained by your commentary, nor are you a columnist in a newspaper here. This reader for one, does not visit here to take your temperament's temperature, or to find out the score of your latest feud.

I come here rather to sample the views of other owners and potential owners of CCEE for the sole purpose of making a decision about whether I want to sell my shares or buy more. I bet that others are like me too. I will remove the bookmark to this thread the minute after I sell my shares in CCEE since I would have no reason to look back.

In other words, when you opine about other posters, you are creating cyber pollution. You probably think that you are some sort of Patrick Henry who boldly speaks out. Unfortunately there is no King George on this thread, and the embattled CCEE is hardly Great Britain of the 18th Century. Rather, it is a small cap company with 3 good products, a trail of silly mistakes and a seemingly bright future if can avoid similar mistakes in the future.

The hostility you engender from the readers is very much like the way you probably feel about those rude people who talk during movies in the theatres. There is a place for boisterous conversation, but it is not in a darkened movie house where others paid admission to watch what was on the screen, not what is going on in the seats. Similarly, the readers here are probably as busy as I am (which is why you will see most of my posts after 1:00 a.m.), and do not have the extra time it takes to wade through your various discourses on immaterial topics that usually are at least partially incoherent if not totally oblique. Moreover, you seem to believe it is your patriotic duty to comment on every poster, to defend anyone who is criticized by someone who previously rebuked you, and to simply be a nuisance.

The sad thing is that you are like the lonely kid who smothers any other kid who shows him any attention and then ends up even more lonely. Obviously you misinterpret this thread's nature. This is not a community or a club. There are no social, familial or other bonds between those who post. None of us are friends, and indeed, there rarely is even the salutations at the end of postings that you see in correspondence. On the contrary, this is simply a place where information and opinions are traded and tested for the sole purpose of making (or attempting to avoid losing) money. We all come here with a casual interest in the backgrounds, well being, philosophies and identities of the other posters, but a keen interest in what they have to say about CCEE. You, however, have an intense interest in us.

In one of your posts you mentioned the names of my law partners. I never said their names here. Of course I am fully identified by name and within the various threads of Silicon Investor, much information about my law firm can be found in my own posts. I also am listed in Martindale Hubble, a well know directory of lawyers, and since I have been practicing high profile trial law in Philadelphia and other major cities, it would not be hard to do a background check on me, and in the course of it, learn my partners names. But why bother doing it Rick? You remind me of the lunatic in the movie FATAL ATTRACTION.

This is a public forum. I certainly would be last person to discourage you to post here. I also do not give a damn what kind of posts you put on here. If you dare to mention me in a derogatory way, I will come back and show you for the jackass you are. On the other hand, if you post a substantive issue, and if I have any reason to add to your thought, I will reply in kind. If you check back, you will see that I have followed the same rule for everyone. I will never attack someone personally until I am provoked. I have not taken you to task for the substance of what you have written except when it was about a person and not CCEE, and if I was rough in my reply, the person you wrote about probably was me.

One more observation. In the past week, you have not posted anything substantive concerning CCEE. Instead you were a full time yenta. But this is not the yenta thread, and I wonder why you posted here at all if CCEE was not on your mind.
