Thank you, Jeff! Oh, just got this in the mail... my question was to Gary
Morgan if they found a person to buy the 2.5 million shares.

His response was:

Yes we do have a commitment at this time. It is scheduled for closing on
the 3rd of November, subject to no changes. We will announce it as soon as
it takes place. The 2,5 million shares will be restricted 144 stock.
Regards
GRM

Apparently, he found a buyer pretty quickly! I apologize, all. My bad.

RUMOR>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Riley just finished speaking with my broker friend at Everen Securities.
Apparently, he just learned that another Everen broker, with discretion
over his client accounts, just submitted a request for delivery of 950,000
shares of RMIL stock. This represents 65 of his clients. If true, that
request should hit the new TA today.

Regards
TOM

PS.
CAVIAT.....this is what I heard and as of yet, unconfirmed.

READ ALL!!!!!!!!
Skeeter Bug, I must admit that the nays have got me beat.
I will sell 865 shares at $52.625 rather than the $35 to $45 range.
I am sorry but I will be selling up the ladder from the 50's through the
multi-hundreds now. You have converted me.....

Here's how I plan to sell my shares through a slow steady upward process.
Others may want to model a slow steady sell after this. I have no control
of how you do it. As in all investments, this is only a template!

Stock Price Sell percentage
xx-xx 3% to 5% of position (cover buy in and nice profit)
xx-xx another 5%
xxx-xxx 10%
xxx-xxx 10%
xxx-xxx 10%
xxx-xxx 10%
xxx-xxx 10%
xxx-xxx 10%
xxx-xxx 10%
xxx-xxx 10%
xxx-xxx 10%
================================================

It is a simple matter to replace the xxx-xxx's with the starting price
ranges that you want to start selling off shares. This method does not
flood the market with shares and allows the stock price to grow as you sell
a little here and there. You don't have to sell them in a day, two, or a
month. You just follow your own set selling plan.

I have said that I am not selling any shares until the mid. $50 to $65
range, and then about 865 shares of my position! I do not sell on even
numbers, I have plans on selling at odd places like EXAMPLE....200 shares
at $52.625, 300 shares at $58.125,etc.....

Subject: 14 million

Even on GAAP standards, RMCW still have to put the value of 14million on
their books, because this is what is owed. No matter what the price of MVPH
is, the value is still 14million. They still have to pay this back to RMCW,
whether the stock price of MVPH is .25 or less.

If you borrow money from a bank for $10,000, you dont pay them back with only
$1000.00 just because your stock price went down. It is not recognized that
way.

Bottom line is, MVPH still has to pay RMCW 14million and this is recognized
on their ASSET side which is ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE. It is a receivable based on
a formal agreement between the two companies. And there is no way in court
that MVPH will get away with it.

AGAIN, it is on their Accounts receivable side which is an ASSET to the
company.
I verified this myself.
I hope this clears the issue.

I told you, TOPCAT wont answer if his question has been answered. He is only
here to try and distort information. Apparently, lurkers like us are here to
inform him about REAL GAAP (GENERALLY ACEPTED ACCOUNTING

We are ACCOUNTANTS and FINANCIAL ANALYSTS for high tech
companies like INTEL,MSFT , APPLE AND SOME biotech companies like
GENENTECH!!!!!

Matty,
we dont need to prove anything to anybody anymore. We know what we got and we
are taking the MM's down. To be honest with you, we like your posts and
appreciate all your help. You are just a step ahead of us in unravelling the
info about the NAYS. Anyway, we together with Riley, are the one's who
found out all the connections of Dempsey Mork, Jehu hand and randall Baker.
We are still looking for one more guy and we are in the process of finding
out soon. There is still one more guy out there. Not Alfonso Giacheti (not
sure about spelling). Anyway, somebody is looking for that person as we
speak.

I'm sorry but we prefer to be anonymous. You better decide on what your
position will be. Have you seen DANTE'S PEAK. This is a ticking time
bomb...VOLCANO ABOUT TO ERUPT!

Good luck to you.
