Actually, you apparently are unable to recognize that one cannot be forced to be a donor because it puts your own life in jeopardy. Your example was silly...but go ahead, you always shoot from the hip instead of deal with real facts...they differ from "Lizzie facts" as we know.

Actually, I think your point is prudent and one in which a lawyer should be capable of understanding. Such a case won't come up unless the voters are there, especially with Roberts being the chief justice ... the majority for that decision obviously obviously does not exist! But this will soon be moot given the Obama victory!!!
