Oh yes they have. Moveon and others have done a great job of informing the public of all the ripoffs going on. Moveon is a tiny fraction of the public. Also "ripoffs are going on", is a very different point than "the net transfer done by the federal government is from the poor to the rich". The former might be exaggerated by Moveon, but is something that happens. The latter is a bizarre idea that doesn't reflect reality any more than that the claim the moon is made of green cheese.
