Tuck, You are probably correct in that the FDA is backlogged, but this is merely a case of giving them a status review level. It is a shame that we have such a critical issue placed on any biotech that faces funding issues. I just didn't like the volume and direction today........I made a nice little profit and if they don't get quick review status any price drop will allow reentry. I still have to believe long-term, if they can just get the first application for the technology......the future application could be huge.
