this is the third worthless retort you have presented to the argument of human rights which is THE reason Roberts and Alito won't revisit Roe V Wade in a Roberts court.

First it was LOL, then "thats really funny" then something about violating ones life in favor of another is ok in the US if it is about one parties life being in danger (wrong), and now another one "calm down".

Anybody that reads this knows I won this argument.

If you can't compete on this issue- ask yourself this- why aren't Roberts and Alito revisiting Roe V Wade? Remember how excited evangelicals were with all these Bush court appointments? Soon a bunch of liberal justices will be coming on.

Wheres the beef in the Roberts court on Roe V Wade?

Let me point out that the pro choicers don't want to revisit R V Wade and make this human rights argument either because they feel they will win the war but lose a few battles- because the human rights argument, while correct, concedes that the fetus is a person. They don't want to concede that. But in the event of a revisit of the case and a true threat to Roe V Wade they would, indeed trot out the human rights violation issue and boom! Roe V Wade sticks never to be revisited (at least on those grounds) again.
