We should have a redistricting in a couple of years too; I hope they resist the urge to gerrymander the hell out of that but I don't have that much faith in Congress.

I forget. I was under the impression that each state established its own congressional districts. So it was less important which party controlled congress than which party controlled the various state legislatures. But that's a detail I don't focus on often.
