The CEO buy in PRC for 50K shares tells me they should be on track. The price also leveled off decently in the high .50's, at least for now.

I can't predict the price of oil short-term except to figure that if it does drop enough, a lot of drilling will stop and supply will also fall into it comes back again. I don't see a sustainable equilibrium under $50 with today's finding and lifting costs.

Just a guess though.

I think the correct question is will the deflation deflate the costs of oil extraction faster than it deflates the oil price. If we are at or close to peak oil, the answer should be yes.
