Three months, 17 pounds,

That's a big success, Derek! Most overweight would give their left *** to do what you have done.

Undiluted Campbell's "Scotch Broth" soup has always been a favorite of mine. The only way to get it now is from Campbell Canada, via Amazon, at $40 a case.

So I tried to make some yesterday with a lamb shank and barley. Came out too bland. What is working for me right now is Turkey Chili, with a pound of ground turkey two cans each of diced tomatoes and kidney beans, and a can of tomato paste with McCormick's Chili mix. I keep a container of that in the Fridge. Oatmeal in the morning w/raisins,walnuts,oat brand, ground flax seed, and Splenda to sweeten, 1 1/4 cups of water, then 3 minutes in the microwave.

My saving grace are my two smoothies. Frozen Straw or blueberries, banana[yes, I know] 1 1/2 cups of skim milk, and a heaping tablespoon of splenda. It's so thick I was blowing out my Osterizer. So I bought a Cuisinart blender/chopper combo at Costco for $68. Plows right though them.

Cooking for one makes it easier for me.
