A true enough statement -g- However, I like this new environment and can add to my positions.

One mans meat is another mans poison though. I can see that.

Owning some palladium and platinum at some point would be nice. Just think of the possibilities. Chaos does not win (my whole account is a hedge against that) and we somehow see an improving economy. Just think where the price of platinum would go... all those ~1.5 bil Chinese and ~1 bill Indians driving cars with catalytic converters <ggg>

Nope, I am in the "bring it on" camp regarding the POG.

auy is no more gold than is dirt under whim of govt, and has a carrying cost as well as subject to financing risks, a lot like pension in argentina or promises made by peru

the symbol for gold is au, and the stuff is substantive, and does not have a board of directors
