It is less important how I support it than how the person it is attached to supports it. That is the essence of choice. It's not my choice to make when I'm not involved. I could envision a situation where the fetus was brought outside the womb to attempt a correction which failed. At that point it might be better to terminate the pregnancy and try again than to risk sterility. TP
