TJ, please do not talk your position – (we all know that you piled on gold as per your posts well above today’s prices including over $900 a once) - gold has proven being as any other commodity - you pay a premium for its high value v. transportation cost in relation to other commodities plus the gold bugs premium which will dissipate over the years IMHO. So better learn to buy low and sell high to keep your wealth - as no one is smart enough to pick the bottom and sell the tops. As to your “buy gold” recommendation at much higher levels, you can confess to your bad judgment and over-excitement, it happens to all no one will hang you for that <GGG>

Gold has multiple identities. With differing utilities for each identity. when you say; all paper money down do you recognize that gold by nanoparticalization can now be added to paper with novel printing advancements? isnt it what the bugs want? Gold as money? clarity is found in the missing information. currency by identity is subject to change by adaptation, to facilitate systemic self interest. the boundaries between identities are further blurred as applications extensibility is asserted across possible combinations unforeseen, unless & until commitments past the preparation stages, are ready to become public information.
