the Porsche VW scenario shows one path to counterprogramming all these so called private equity deals constructed on faulty foundations.

private equity is a story about envy....

ill equipped to compete as creators of anything real, private equity becomes this attractant, which momentum alone fed.

no matter that the fundamentals underlying market constructs were fully deconstructed by the envy of those all too willing to operate outside the laws governing causality, and the prevailing first principle laws, governing stock issuance.

easy money for private equity reduces to the sleight of hands methods and practice....of those whose envy was all too welcome, by private equity principles.........aligned with opportunist facilitators, within the broker dealer and banking cabals.

getting paid.....meant one thing for those running the shops, and another thing for those contributing.....to those shops.
