I know the Obama campaign has sent thousands of attorneys and law students to various parts of Ohio, PA, and FL to get and train volunteers to be poll watchers and catch this kind of thing. I don't know if they've done it for states like TX and TN, which they aren't contesting. It will be interesting to see what happens on election day. FWIW, I will be one of those volunteers, although since I live in a heavily Democratic county, I don't think we will have those problems. You never can tell, though.
