Alexis, << technical question >>

Is it not true that 'video on demand' will be requiring broad based
channels on high speed large storage systems? My background is
weak in this technical enviorment. If I'm correct, companies like
SGI, disk drives, and digital signal processing should just blow away
the market place by 2000. Last I heard digital T.V. is scheduled by
end of 1999. Seems alwful early, but if true, technology stocks will
have the above mentioned sectors ruling the Nasdaq as Intc and
Msft, Csco, among 2 others controlling valuation by about 25%.
Please critique. I think it's an important aspect of SGI's future. D.T.V.
should also open doors to graphics.
