The issue with abortion is the fact that the fetus is infringing on the womans rights in order for it live

That might be a serious point when the fetus is the result of rape, but other than in such cases, the woman put the child in to a situation of dependence on her.

"The issue with abortion is the fact that the fetus is infringing on the womans rights in order for it live."

How is that different than what is required for motherhood of a child who has left the womb? Under normal circumstances it is not necessary to sacrifice a kidney in either case. The normal expectancy is to provide hygienic care in both cases.

"Mother and fetus. Fetus needs mother to live. Mother refuses, same as above.

The refusal in abortion amounts to a deliberate act through exertion of force to end the life, not the withholding of a kidney. The (same as above) comparison would be setting a new born baby on an iceberg and saying, 'adios,' or on the chopping block.
