Courts CAN do anything, even illegal things, which get overturned by the supreme court if they are contested.

The basic premise of our system is we never violate one persons rights for another, legally. Hard to say if some obscure court required a JW child to receive a blood transfusion from parent (but I doubt it). But you would never find a major surgery, kidney removal or anything that required some kind of discomfort towards the parent required by the courts. The blood transfusion would be overturned by the higher courts if it was contested.

We NEVER violate one persons rights for another on legal grounds. Doesn't happen. It is common knowledge that should Roe V Wade come up in the courts, this is how it would be defended.

The amazing thing is the crazy evangelicals are so devoid of logic that they think they can disallow abortion even to the degree that the mothers LIFE is in jeapardy- HAHAHAHHAHAHA. Thats a TOTAL violation of our basic human rights. What a bunch of idiots they can't even think logically.
