I've always had trouble keeping up. Even though I watch Hannity with some regularity, that was the first time I'd heard that and thought it stunning. How can people just blithely ignore an elephant in the room like that? What kind of a person would dedicate a book to a killer? What are Ted Kennedy, Bobby Kennedy, Jr. and Carolyn thinking? This was brother, father and uncle who was murdered and they lend their name and influence? I don't get it.
